【基本說明】：

燭式過濾機（又稱濾餅層過濾機），單機內部集成多根管式濾元，過濾后達到一定壓差時，排空液體后，反吹卸除濾餅，濾元可重復使用。燭式過濾機具有密閉運行、多功能、過濾面積大、納污能力強、易反吹濾餅、自動化運行的突出特點；同時具有直接過濾、預涂過濾、漿料濃縮、濾餅回收、濾餅洗滌五大功能；能夠適用于高雜質含量、粘性液體、極高精度、高溫等多種特殊過濾場合。如用作預涂式過濾可選助濾劑有硅藻土、纖維素、珍珠巖等。該系統由通常為兩臺過濾器組成，一用一備，連續過濾，PLC控制，自動執行預涂、過濾、排渣、清洗等程序，多臺燭式過濾機可整合為一個大型過濾系統。

Basic Specification:

Candle filter is also known as cake layer filter and a single internal integrate multiple tubular filter elements. After filtering to a certain pressure difference and the liquid being emptied, filter elements can be reused by removing the cake using reverse blowing. Candle filter has the outstanding characteristics of airtight operation, multi-function, large filtering area, strong contamination capacity, easy back-blown filter cake and automatic operation. Meanwhile, it has five functions: direct filtration, pre-coating filtration, slurry concentration, cake recovery and cake washing. It can be applied to high impurity content, viscous liquid, extremely high precision, high temperature and other special filtering occasions. For example, filter aids of diatomite, cellulose and perlite can be used as pre-coated. A parallel system consists of two filters with the procedure of continuous filtering, PLC control, automatic implementation of pre-coating, filtering, slag discharge, cleaning and so on. Multiple candle filters can be integrated into a large-scale filtering system.

    燭式過濾機是一款自動化壓力式過濾裝置，主要由筒體、濾芯、濾布、助濾劑、電腦控制系統和配件等組成，其他輔助設備包含空壓機，壓力感應器等，筒體和濾芯的材質主要為不銹鋼（304/316/321）、碳鋼、鈦材，濾布的材質主要為PP(聚丙烯）、PE（聚酯）、PPS(聚苯硫醚)、PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)、尼龍纖維等，助濾劑則按生產過程中的過濾標準要求來配置，主要有活性炭、硅藻土等。

    濾布支撐管由一支無孔中心管與六根多孔管組成，截面為梅花型，中心管能夠排盡濾元內駐存液體，減少物料浪費。

    過濾狀態：液體透過濾布，從外部多孔管中流向中心管，再流向集液管。濾布受壓貼附于支撐管外表面，凹凸的支撐管能夠增大過濾面積并幫助固定濾餅，防止濾餅脫落，從而穩定過濾效果。

    反吹狀態：通入反吹氣體，從無孔中心管流向外部多孔管，濾布鼓脹變圓，有效振飛剝離濾餅，同時可以振去濾布纖維中的微粒，提高反吹效率，快速恢復濾布過濾能力。

Structure and working principle:

Candle filter, an automatic pressure filter device, is mainly composed of cylinder, filter element, filter cloth, filter aids, computer control system and accessories. Other auxiliary equipment includes air compressor, pressure sensor, etc. The material of cylinder and filter core is mainly stainless steel (304/316/321), carbon steel and titanium. The material of filter cloth is mainly PP (polypropylene), PE (polyester), PPS (polyester), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), nylon fibers, etc. Filter aids are allocated according to the filter standard requirements in the production process, mainly including activated carbon, diatomite and so on.

The filter cloth support pipe is composed of a non-porous central pipe and six porous pipes. The cross-section is plum blossom type. The central pipe can drain the liquid stored in the filter element and reduce material waste.

Filtering state: liquid passes through the filter cloth, flows from the external porous tube to the central tube, and then to the collecting tube. The filter cloth is pressed and attached to the outside surface of the supporting pipe. The concave and convex supporting pipe can increase the filtering area and help fix the filter cake, which prevents the cake from falling off, thus stabilizing the filtering effect.

Reverse blow state: starting reverse blowing gas, it flows from the non-hole central pipe to the external porous pipe and the filter cloth swells and turns round, so the filter cake can be effectively peeled by vibration and flying, and meanwhile, the particles in the filter cloth can be vibrated to improve the reverse blow efficiency and quickly recover the filtering capacity of the filter cloth.

■ 用于液體的澄清時，可在料漿中直接加硅藻土、活性炭等助劑，使過濾速率更快，濾液更澄清。
■ 全密閉操作，既適合于一般物料的過濾，也可用于易燃易爆、有毒或劇毒的危險產品及不允許有污染的鮮美食品、生物制品及藥品等的過濾。

■ 在過濾后期，如底部殘留料漿不能排回料漿槽，這時可用泵抽出底部的殘留料漿，再返回頂部中央的過濾機頂蓋內，并通過噴嘴均勻噴灑到過濾管上，通過機內輸入壓縮氣體使殘留的液體全部濾出。

■ 由于本機可再過濾時形成均勻的濾餅層，因而可在機內通入洗滌液很方便地對濾餅進行洗滌。如通過頂部噴淋的方法對濾餅進行洗滌，則可大大節省洗滌液。

■ 如要得到干燥濾餅，則在過濾后或洗滌過濾后在機內通入常溫空氣、熱空氣或蒸汽等，使他們穿過濾餅層，直至使濾餅達到所需的干度后再使機內泄壓，并反吹濾餅從底部卸料。

Main features:

● When used for liquid clarification, diatomite and activated carbon can be added directly to the slurry to make the filtration rate faster and the filtrate clearer.

● Fully closed operation, which is suitable for the filtration of general materials, also for flammable, explosive, toxic or highly toxic dangerous products as well as delicious food without pollution, biological products and pharmaceuticals.

● In the later stage of filtration, when the residual slurry at the bottom cannot be discharged back to the slurry trough, the residual slurry at the bottom can be pumped out and returned to the top cover of the filter in the middle of the top. The residual liquid can be filtered out by spraying uniformly on the filter tube through the nozzle and injecting compressed gas into the filter.

● Because this machine can form a uniform cake layer when it is re-filtered, it is very convenient to wash the cake by introducing washing liquid into the machine. If the filter cake is washed by top spraying method, the washing liquid can be greatly saved.

● If dry filter cake is to be obtained, normal temperature air, hot air or steam will be introduced into the machine after filtering or washing and filtering, so that they can pass through the filter cake layer until the filter cake reaches the required dryness, then the pressure will be released in the machine, and the filter cake will be discharged by reverse blowing from the bottom.
