進口衛生級柔性葉片泵工作原理Operating principle

1.      由于泵體定子內表面的偏心構造，在進口處，當體積增大時柔性葉輪的葉片間形成局部真空。由此形成的吸力將液體吸入泵腔中。At pump inlet, due to the inner eccentricstructure of pump stator, partial vacuumbetween the blades of flexible impellerwill be formed when volume is increased. The consequently formedsuction will draw liquid into pumpchamber.

2.旋轉的葉輪將液體從進口送到出口。在循環的這一階段中，葉片間的空間實際上保持恒定。葉片之問的問隙允許體積大的固體顆粒能通過泵而對液體又毫無損傷。

The rotating impeller was carried theiquid from inlet to outlet. At this stage,the space between blades actually waskept constant. The gap between bladesallows big solid particles to passthrough the pump and without damage

on liquid.

3.葉片與泵體定子偏心內表面的平坦部分接觸，當葉輪彎曲時，葉片間的容積減少，就將液體連續地、均衡地從泵中排出。The impeller is contacted with the flatpart of the eccentric inner surface inpump stator. When impeller is bent, thevolume between blades will bedecreased, so the liquid will be discharged continuously and evenlyfrom the pump
