The imported hygiene grade U-shaped liquid ring self priming pump is a hygiene
designed side groove, self priming pump, suitable for food processing,
pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Specially designed for suction of
materials containing air or gases, it can also be used in negative suction with
priority suction and filtration equipment. It can be used for alcohol, oil,
syrup, volatile substances, such as alcohol, acetone tanks, and other solvents,
or other materials with temperatures near boiling points. However, the main
purpose of this pump is for the recovery of CIP
進口衛生級液環式自吸泵工作原理：
屬于自吸式離心泵的一種，由泵蓋、葉輪、泵體、電機等結構組成，是用來處理液位低于泵進口的吸取物料及含有一部分氣體的流體物料輸送用。水泵啟動前先在泵殼內灌滿水（或泵殼內自身存有水）。啟動后葉輪高速旋轉使葉輪槽道中的水流向渦殼，這時入口形成真空，使進水逆止門打開，吸入管內的空氣進入泵內，并經葉輪槽道到達外緣
